About Us

Tan is the CEO of Federal Finance – a UK Commercial Financier, who has now expanded his operations in the US with offices in London / New York / Orlando & Toronto. He has concluded more than $1,7Billion in transactions across both markets. Prior to Federal Finance, Tan worked in corporate banking with Barclays Bank / Santander & HSBC.

With a sound understanding of the banking models, he has successfully built an international business arranging funding structures for the most complex lending scenarios for some of the world’s elite developers and corporate investors.

As the company grows, so do the lines of capital and now Tan has formed a Private Equity Fund to facilitate direct market lending.  In addition to the above, Tan also owns Federal Group Investments, which is a development company – building large residential home communities across Florida and other select markets.

Outside of work, Tan is an advent football fan & generally enjoys anything sports-related!.

Austin brings over 20 years of experience in the financial world to Federal Sports Alliance. He began his career in 2000 on Wall Street at Merrill Lynch’s Global Markets and Investment Banking Group where he created, developed and marketed complex, structured financial products to Fortune 500 companies.

Since leaving Merrill Lynch Austin has spent the last 15 years consulting with small and medium sized businesses in business strategy and development as well as with multi-family offices, assets managers and investment funds on various types of financing opportunities across the capital stack in various asset classes including but not limited to real estate, venture capital, and private equity.

At Federal Sports Alliance, Austin is focused on managing investor relations while growing the portfolio of sports and real estate assets as well as the global brand. Austin holds a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. Outside of work, Austin is an avid adventurer and explorer of the world having traveled to over 70 countries, diving into anything related to food (eating and cooking!), the built environment, world cultures, ancient wisdom and health and wellness. He is also a fan of anything football!

Diverse professional background with a unique perspective that includes almost thirty years of executive experience in private equity, public relations, lobbying, entrepreneurship, service in government, the military, and the intelligence community. Mr. Weinberg advises publicly listed companies, family offices and private equity investors alike to support strategy and positioning in domestic and international markets. His experience includes the public financing of four major league professional sports stadiums for NFL and MLB teams as well as aligning brands around sports and real estate opportunities. Mr. Weinberg has built and exited two services businesses, including selling to a publicly listed company. He holds a BA and MBA from Temple University and an MPA from the University of Pennsylvania. 

Bryan has significant experience working in various roles globally in the financial services industry. Most recently, Bryan co-founded Charter Oak Pty Ltd with Mr. Weinberg, a boutique consulting firm providing clients with strategic and tactical advice spanning the entire transaction

life-cycle. Services provided include origination and professional transaction execution. Charter

Oak’s primary areas of focus are gaming and hospitality, commercial real estate and other proprietary opportunities across a broader spectrum of industries. Before Charter Oak, he was Co-founder and COO of Capital Link International, a Hong Kong-

based multi-asset class platform. In addition to building out the Firm’s infrastructure, he focused

on sourcing, structuring and arranging investment opportunities to meet Chinese global investment demands, through the OBOR initiative in Portuguese speaking countries.  Previously in Hong Kong, he was Managing Director and COO at REORIENT Group (HK). He

worked closely with the CEO in building the bank from start-up to a mature, publicly listed international platform with offices in HK, NYC and Seoul. The platform started with US$11mn and eventually sold to Yunfeng Capital (Jack Ma/David Yu) in 2015 with a market capitalization

over US$3bn. He has experience operating in multiple cities and countries worldwide, including New York, Hong Kong, Melbourne, Macau, South Korea, Tokyo, China, SE Asia Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, India, Portugal, U.K., Switzerland and Guam.  Bryan received his Bachelor of Science, cum laude, from Babson College. He enjoyed playing soccer competitively through college and now loves watching his children participate in various

sporting activities…including cricket and rugby union!
