As the world of sports continues to become more universal and continues to outperform all traditional asset classes in terms of value growth and return, we believe now is the right time to develop Live-Work-Play ecosystems around professional sports building out a diversified portfolio of cash flowing real estate with minority and majority stakes in sports clubs around the world.
